Accounting Executive Job Summary

ACADS ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD seeks a highly skilled Accounting Executive to manage various aspects of the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Payment Issuance: Ensure timely and accurate issuance of payments, backed by supporting documents.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up on delinquent payments.
  • Accounting Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date accounting records and data journal entries for accounting system posting.
  • Staff Claims Processing: Process staff claims submission and reimbursement in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monthly Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and other account-related matters.
  • Document Issuance: Issue payment vouchers, official receipts, delivery orders, and other required documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support, including purchasing and sales documentation.
  • Customer Statement Issuance: Issue monthly customer statements.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting / Business Admin or other relevant qualification is required.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a drive to excel are also welcome to apply.
  • SQL Accounting Software: Experience in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • MS Office Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Positive Work Attitude: Positive work attitude and ability to keep ahead in a fast-paced environment.
