Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company's financial operations, including daily payment issuance, accounts receivable and payable management, accounting record keeping, staff claims processing, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily Payment Issuance: The Accounting Executive will ensure that payments are issued in a timely and accurate manner, backed by supporting documents.
  2. Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: The incumbent will oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up on delinquent payments.
  3. Accounting Record Keeping: The Accounting Executive will maintain up-to-date accounting records and data journal entries for accounting system posting.
  4. Staff Claims Processing: The successful candidate will process staff claims submission and reimbursement in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Monthly Reporting: The Accounting Executive will assist in the preparation of monthly reports and other account-related matters.
  6. Document Issuance: The incumbent will issue payment vouchers, official receipts, delivery orders, and other required documents.
  7. Administrative Support: The Accounting Executive will provide daily administrative support, including purchasing and sales documentation.
  8. Customer Statement Issuance: The successful candidate will issue monthly customer statements.
  9. General Office Duties: The Accounting Executive will perform general office duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting / Business Admin or other relevant qualification is required.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a drive to excel are also welcome to apply.
  • SQL Accounting Software: Experience in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • MS Office Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Positive Work Attitude: Positive work attitude and ability to keep ahead in a fast-paced environment.
