Manager, Sales Administration (Property Development)

  • Oversee the entire property sales administration process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales administration team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Manage sales documentation, including booking forms, sales and purchase agreements (SPAs), loan agreements, and other relevant contracts.
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and track sales transactions, ensuring timely completion of administrative processes and financial disbursements.
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve any issues related to sales administration and customer transactions.
  • Implement and oversee digital transformation initiatives to improve document processing and workflow automation.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer experience by ensuring clear communication, prompt service, and resolution of inquiries related to sales administration.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights on sales administration performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in property sales administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia's property laws, regulations, and sales processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Experience in digital transformation and process automation is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in property sales administration software and CRM tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
