Job Description:
FIBRO ASIA SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator cum Admin to support our sales and administration team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and customer communication.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, such as quotations and invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track sales data and create sales reports.
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales coordination role.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
