Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer data and order status, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up on sales quotations and confirmations, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Creation and management of client financial accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any disputes.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Computer-related certificate or diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum qualification: Fresh Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Study.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
