Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accounting records and preparing financial reports.
  • Process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate accounts receivable/payables.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with at least 1-2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Good personality, positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline, and dedicated to work.
