About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the COO to join our team at MGB BERHAD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases to support business operations.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support business strategy development by conducting research and analysis.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across engineering and marketing functions.
  • Handle customer or client communications related to technical and marketing matters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Engineering or Marketing or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
