Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Managing Director: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director in managing daily official activities.
  2. Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
  3. Handle Incoming and Outgoing Communications: Respond to emails, phone calls, and instant messages on behalf of the Managing Director.
  4. Organize Conferences and Events: Plan and execute conferences, meetings, and other events, including venue selection and logistical arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial and administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
