Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our financial operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing payment checklists, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with audits and year-end account preparation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain proper accounting books and records
- Prepare and update payment checklists
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with audits and year-end account preparation
- Issue and check invoices, debit/credit notes, and other documentation
In addition to financial duties, the ideal candidate will also perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining proper filing systems, assisting with general administrative paperwork, answering phone calls, purchasing office supplies, engaging service providers, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating internal training, and assisting with company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
