Job Description:

Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Assist in accounts receivable/payables
  • Process and issue invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate accounting records
  • Support tasks like payroll or tax preparation
  • Update monthly ageing reports
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of accounting records and filing
Administration Duties:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Manage office supplies and equipment effectively
  • Provide support to other team members
  • Maintain documents and records (e.g., insurance, roadtax, tenancy agreements)
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
