**SPECIAL OFFICER: HR & ACCOUNT**
*Salary Range:*
Negotiable
*Working Hours:*
- 11 am - 7.30 pm (daily, inclusive of 1hr break)
- 6 days / week, Sunday off day

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
*HR —*
- Responsible in the overall administration of HR works for the organization, including maintaining complete & up-to-date HR documentations to meet legal / regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine round checks on outlets, to see employees’ compliance & performance e.g. attire & service. This includes developing a structured evaluation framework to objectively assess and foster employee growth and customer service excellence.
*Account —*
- Responsible in the overall administration of account works for the organization, including maintaining complete & up-to-date account documentations to meet legal / regulatory requirements (e.g. SST, etc).
- Responsible to check on taliness of 3rd party transactions (Grab, Foodpanda, Shopeefood etc) of the organization’s outlets on monthly basis upon submission by the respective outlet managers & confirm that it is “in order” to the CEO.
- Conduct routine checks on outlets’ daily receipts (from petty cash) to ensure its tally-ness with 1. The daily report sent in WhatsApp group, and 2. The daily in/out balance of petty cash having deducted the purchases.
*Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:*
- They should exhibit strong familiarity with Malaysian employment law, payroll processes, and proficiency in accounting software and systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English and Malay, and a proven track record of improving HR and accounting processes are also essential.
