Customer Service Representative-japanese Speaker

Language: Japanese Speaker (Monolingual) + Kanji writing skills
Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia.
**Salary**: RM 8500 - 9,000 for Natives & 7500-8,000 max 8,500 for Non Natives (Including all allowances & Performance Pay)
Joining Date: ASAP or with Notice period
*Good to have but not mandatory:*
- E-Commerce experience
- English language
*Qualification:*
- At least 2 years of Customers Service experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree (Freshers are eligible)
- Undergrads (Should have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience (BPO/Non-BPO)
- Good communication both Mother Language & English (speak, read, write)
- Willing to work from Office.
- Welcome to work in shift rotation (24/7 : 5 working days/ 2 off days)

*Accommodation:*
- The first 4 weeks stay will be provided upon arrival, while the new hire is looking for accommodation to stay in Malaysia during the first month. The accommodation we’ll provide for the first 4 weeks is nearby client's office.
- Our colleagues could suggest places to stay in Malaysia after the new hire arrived.
*Airport Transfer:*
- We provide an airport transfer service, where our representative will fetch the new hire from the airport to the assigned accommodation in Malaysia.
*Flight:*
- Company will book and pay for the one-way flight ticket from the country to Malaysia. We will share the flight ticket.

Pay: Up to RM8,500.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
