**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As part of the consulting and technology group, we are seeking to hire a well experienced IT Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Project Manager serving Group Risk and Compliance Business Unit. The key responsibilities of this role would include:
1) IT Functional SME
- Drive Change Management process from approval stage up to delivery of all IT enhancements.
- Act as reviewer and approver for related IT BAU processes and documentation.

2) IT Delivery Manager
- Act as Delivery Manager for implementation of related project assigned. Managing team of technical project managers and support staff in multiple remote location responsible for the delivery of IT projects.
- Single point of contact for Business Program Manager and business teams on all IT teams deliverables.
- Review IT budget, project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies.
- Identifying and managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
To be considered, you will need 10 years+ systems implementation experience of back office and middle office functions of Investment Management technology and functionality, which includes experience as a Project Manager and as a Business Analyst.

**Other skillset requirements include**:

- Excellent understanding of technology and good knowledge of databases, systems design and proficiency in using SQL for managing large volumes of data
- Prior experience of preparing and responding to RFPs will be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a project manager role
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical, mathematical or financial discipline
- CFA or CA would be an added advantage
- Chinese speaking will be an advantage
