**Requirements**:

- **Education**: SPM/STPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome
- **Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and answer calls professionally.
- Manage hotel/meeting room reservations.
- Assist with admin tasks and data entry.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
