Admin Coordinator Front Desk

Prepare purchase requisition and purchase order.
- In-charge as office receptionist cum front desk.
- Handling and record all payment and invoices.
- Monitor PABX directory.
- Monitor external courier and delivery services.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory control.
- Monitor in and out of company car (milleage)
- Update company car maintenance record.
- Communicate with vendor of the pending invoice and billing.
- Overhead checklist control.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
