Front Desk Specialist

**Responsibililities**:
- Responsible for welcoming guests, registering them into the hotel's system, providing room keys, and processing payments during check-in. Similarly, during check-out, they handle settling bills, ensuring guest satisfaction, and facilitating a smooth departure process.
- Handle room reservations, both over the phone and in person, must ensure accuracy in booking details, manage room availability, and assist guests with any changes or modifications to their reservations.
- Providing exceptional customer service is a core aspect of the front desk role. Must respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Assist on any tasks assign by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
