**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely fulfillment of orders by coordinating with the logistics and warehouse teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and logístical support.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure adequate stock availability. Track product availability and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the sales team and management.
- Maintain and update customer information in the SQL system. Track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documents and records.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with SQL software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
