Job Scope:

- Issue invoices, Download PO and ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Issue Credit Note
- All documentation filling in neat and no missing
- Call customer to get daily order and do arrangement
- Ensure data and records are kept up to date
- Great customer service skills to work with various clients
- Manage oversea sales documents i.e. prepare all export shipping documentation
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Requirement:
- At least 1 year working experience is preferable
- Language : Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Able to work independently
- Fast learner
- Accept multitask
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
