**Job description**

In this role, you will be engaging with members, servicing them, handle administrative work and memberships retention whilst ensuring a smooth operations of the front of house (FOH).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards members at all times.
- Responding promptly to member's enquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving member's complaints.
- General operations at FOH (Check-ins, Towel Exchanges, Enquiries, Administrative Requests).
- To save cancellation requests (Prevent leavers).
- To obtain collections from members (Arrears/Outstanding Fees).
- To do sales presentations & tours of the club for prospects (When necessary).
- To create interest in the club as well as selling in person & over the telephone.
- To be responsible and on time for working your scheduled hours.
- To support Managers to action reports and information required for monthly meetings.
- Handle member's feedback and enquiries professionally, take ownership of the issues.

**Nice to have**
- Experience in sales and/or customer service background (However, fresh grad & the no working experienced are welcome to apply)
- Energetic and possess a genuine interest in communicating the effectiveness of exercising.
- Pleasant personality, service oriented, a team player, organized and meticulous.
- Passionate about health and fitness and takes pride in own personal appearance and well-being.
- Comfortable using computers and is literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work on shifts.
