Melaka, Malaysia CXL Executive Sdn Bhd Full time

**Working Days: Monday - Friday**

**Working Hour: 9 a.m - 6 p.m (Office Hour)**

**Working Location: GRAHA MAJU**

**Basic Salary: RM1,700 - RM1,900 + Commission**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.
- To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.
- Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good command/fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum: SPM holders
- Have minimum technical knowledge (internet, broadband)
- Self motivated, a team player with positive attitude
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Melaka: Relocate before starting work (required)
