Assistant/ Officer, Credit Admin

We are seeking an assistant, credit admin who will be a part of our Finance and Credit Admin department. His/ her responsibilities are as follows:
1. Generate progress billing, e-billing, debit notes, credit notes, receipt, refund payment entry and other relevant documents from the IFCA system
2. Follow up on the MOT and loan documents for director’s execution
3. Liaise with solicitors, end-financiers, purchasers in relation to outstanding matter and outgoing return documents
4. Coordinate all incoming and outgoing documents/ mails/ process of billing, receipting, letters
5. Administer all correspondences such faxing, photocopying, sorting and filing & safe keeping of all documentation accordance with ISO requirements
6. Perform other duties as and when instructed by the management
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
