**Job Description, Responsibility and tasks**:
a. Invoicing and receivables processing such as preparation of invoices for respective HOD approval, preparation of the receivable aging report and monthly receivable statement.

b. Payment processing such as review the completeness of the payment voucher being raised, reimbursement claim and advances request.

c. Ensure timely data entry into the accounting system.

d. Performed monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items.

e.. To furnish documentation to external parties (e.g. banker, auditors, tax agent and etc) under the supervision of the immediate superior.

f. To prepare the monthly account closing, including the preparation of the consolidated financial report of the group and relevant supporting schedules.

g. To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
