Student Accommodation Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Leader for long-term apartment rentals will be responsible for managing and coordinating logístical, maintenance, customer service, and overall operational support departments. They will lead the team to ensure efficient and smooth logístical operations of the company, providing quality accommodation experiences, and delivering excellent service to customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the team, including cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and customer service representatives, ensuring efficient collaboration to accomplish daily tasks and project goals.
- Develop and execute logístical operational strategies to ensure that apartment facilities and services meet company standards, including safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and review cleaning and maintenance work to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of apartment facilities, while implementing improvement measures to enhance service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, maintaining proactive communication with customers to provide excellent accommodation experiences.
- Develop and implement budget plans, oversee logístical expenditures, and take measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Train and develop logístical team members, enhancing team professionalism and service levels, ensuring team stability and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logístical management in the hotel, long-term apartment rental, or related industries.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of effectively guiding and coordinating teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with personnel from different departments and levels.
- Strong customer service awareness and problem-solving skills, capable of handling various complex situations.
- Experience in financial management and cost control, able to develop and execute budget plans.
- Innovative mindset and improvement capabilities, continuously enhancing service quality and efficiency.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
