Executive, Customer Advisory

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily checking on customer credibility on whether customers entitled to rent our products.
- Reviewing documents for corporate customers to ensure the establishment is deemed fit with company policies.
- Reducing collection & fraud risk on customers with bankruptcy and multiple details.
- Ensuring the rental contract agreement is signed by the customer and attached as solid proof.
- Review whether the customer is entitled to the number of units by monitoring collection history and CTOS score checking.
- Ensuring no fraud cases on each order with irregular sales.
- Assist the service team in reviewing documents such as SSM to determine whether the installation is suitable.
- Ensuring payment details are completed with payment proof attached.
- Handle rental transfer ownership to those customers that wish to transfer their product to another owner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with collection agencies & customers on case basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify payment list and commission scheme.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mainly in Excel) and well-versed in statistical knowledge.
- Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential customer information.
