**Responsibilities**:
Providing the services include but are not limited to the following:

- Managing the Sdn Bhd company accounts and liaising with local or foreign clients;
- Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting to and balancing the general ledger, processing payments, and compiling segments of monthly closings;
- Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios;
- Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received;
- Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other necessary reports.;
- Assisting clients in setting up their business flow and handling payroll when required;
- Ensuring clients' compliance with all statutory obligations;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as needed.

**职责:**

包括但不限于以下内容:

- 负责处理私人有限公司(Sdn Bhd)的公司账目并与本地或外国客户联系;
- 对银行和供应商账目进行对账,记账并平衡总账,处理付款,月末和年末账户结算(monthly and yearly closing of accounts),并确保公司在任何时候都拥有准确的财务报表与及时向管理层汇报;
- 解决客户组合出现的会计查询和问题;
- 准备文件与协助审计(audit)与公司所得税部门计算;
- 准时编制月报与年度报表、银行对账和其他必要的报告;
- 协助客户建立业务流程,并在需要时处理工资单;
- 确保客户遵守所有公司法定义务;
- 必要时执行其他临时任务。

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent OR a professional qualification under MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent;
- Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness;
- Ability to multitask and work independently, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking and self-motivation;
- Proactive attitude and strong analytical skills;
- Excellent client relationship and time management skills;
- High integrity, excellent work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline;
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive attitude;
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks Online (QBO) and Xero is an added advantage;
- Tech-savviness with knowledge of Google Applications and proficiency in using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets are added advantages;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
