**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans and status reports
- Develop and implement document management protocols to ensure easy access to project information.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain robust data models for project evaluation and performance measurement.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of project data.
- Prepare comprehensive and visually engaging monthly reports highlighting key project metrics, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.
- **Requirements**:_
- Diploma/ Degree in Project Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in project management, data analysis, business operation or similar roles. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
