**Responsibilities**:

- System used: CSS Decision Property Management Data Center
- Daily
- 1. Accept fees from residence (Maintenance fee, overnight parking, rental etc)
- 2. Daily account closing report
- 3. Receipt filing / letter filing
- 4. Attend to residents payment, complaints etc. (Front-desk admin)
- 5. Perform clerical receptionist - Answering and directing incoming call, photocopying and faxing- 7. Update the news with developer on sub-sale unit/owner information
- 8. Exploring/Manage E-community System for residents
- 9. Prepare general notice for residents (as notification to resident)
- 10. Day-to-day Management office operation - including task given by the BM/HQ/Committee from time to time
- 11. Update resident current records upon receiving the details/SnP
- Weekly
- 1. Weekly report for cash flow & maintenance/contractor work done
- Monthly
- 1. Issue payment voucher and cheque for utilities and service provider (twice per month)
- 2. In charge on petty cash flow and reimbursement
- 3. Send bank statement to HQ for account purpose
- 4. Generate invoice for maintenance bill, outstanding statement and Demand arrears/Outstanding reminder (once every 3 months)- 6. Ordering and list out office supply and stationary
- 7. Taking notes and minutes in meeting (if attend)
- 8. Monitor MO staff, guards and cleaners attendance and send report to HR every end of the month
- Yearly
- 1. Audit report preparation (must discussed with account department before releasing files to the auditor)
- 2. AGM preparation - form and audit report to be send by post to every owners inside & outside- fresh graduates with 1 year of working experience in related fields are encouraged to apply
- knowledge in CSS, UBS or SQL is an added advantage
