**Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of all types of letters
- Discharge of documentations
- To perform data maintenance
- Ensures to update all security records inclusive of follows ups with solicitors
- House-keeping of files and reports
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**Job Requirements:

- Possess Diploma in Banking/Finance/Business Administration or related field
- Applicants with relevant experience in financial institution and possess basic knowledge in credit administration will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn and possess good working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates diploma are encouraged to apply
- Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee, KL

**Working Hours**

Monday - Thursday : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

Friday : 9.00 am - 5.30 pm

Alternate Saturday : 9.00 am - 12.30 pm

**Salary**: From RM1.00 per month
