**Job descriptions**:
- Record all claim/invoices data in accounting system (UBS) and keep record in excel from staff/management/runner.
- Update all data into the UBS and Autocount system every month.
- Provide Payment Vouchers (Autocount) every month.
- Assist the auditor in matters related to and provide documents required by the auditor.
- Manage the petty cash process for all staff/management.
- Filling and documentation
**Job requirements**:
- Fresh Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant experience in accounting.
- Experienced in basic accounting skills.
- good knowledge of **UBS & AUTOCOUNT Accounting software.**
- Minimum 2-3-year experience will be preferred.
- Advance level in MS Excel.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
