Manage the client dashboard to view any jobs that are coming through, and call the customer to confirm the appointment timing
- Ensure that these jobs are picked up by our service professionals. If needed, call or Whatsapp them to ask them to pick up the job.
- Assign the job to the service professional or accept the job on their behalf.
- Coordinate with the customer and the service professional throughout the journey of the job.
- Ensure that the service professionals do a good job, ensure that they submit the signed job sheet as well as the photos of the completed job
- Issue invoices to the partner, as well as coordinate payments to the service professional
- On-board or train service professionals to follow the B2B2C SOP that is required (e.g. pricing, getting job sheet, submitting photos to us, invoicing)
- Job is 6 days a week, 9am to 6pm daily

**; Requirements**:
- Must be able to speak English, Malay and Chinese
- Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Must possess at least 1 year of working experience in call centre/ customer service experience
- Experience in a technical support field is preferable
- Must own your own laptop since you may be able to work from home

Hard skills
- Proficient in Google Doc, Sheets and Slides

Soft skills
- Loves talking to people, customer-oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to speak English, Malay and Chinese
- Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision
