**About the role**

We’re looking for passionate people to join our team as **Sales & Marketing Manager**, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You are responsible for managing, tracking, developing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns as part of the commercial team, helping to maintain visibility of the department’s activities, and delivering effective marketing campaigns to promote investment opportunities. You will also support customer engagement initiatives to support organisational goals.

**Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**
- Managing and executing events (virtual and hybrid in Malaysia and the Southeast Asian region).
- Present, promote and sell investment opportunities using persuasive dialogue to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Monitoring business activities and performance across the commercial department.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of campaign execution.
- Contributing to campaign proposals and performance reports for management.
- Managing and enhancing relationships with vendors.
- Understanding and monitoring the costs of sales & marketing activities.
- Contributing to content marketing campaigns (production, editorial, content creation).
- Working closely with commercial teams for aligning communications and marketing campaigns with business objectives.

**About you**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar role (B2B experience is a plus)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,Communications or related field
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Experience with project management (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom (or similar video conferencing software)
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (being multilingual is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and is a self-starter
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
