**Responsibilities**:

- Call potential clients to expand their customer base
- Explain the features of various policies
- Analyze clients current insurance policies
- Handle policy renewals
- Build good relationship with client by providing high standard of services to the client.
- Love working in young, positive and fun environment in group.
- Lead A Team of people and promote to be manager in 2 years time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma Or Degree Holder
- Attractive Personality
- Positive Attitude, Empathy and Enthusiasm
- Ability To Work with limited Supervision
- sales, marketing and finance knowledge would be an advantage.

**About Business**
AIA Elite Academy provides an exclusive admission program that is only offered to eligible new Life Planners. The learning syllabus provided provides the best training among the community that can foster a spirit of cooperation, high professionalism and well-being. This 3-year program specializes in training that focuses on financial knowledge and social media marketing and at the same time provides individual and mentor training to Life Planners. The program also offers a variety of other supports including financing schemes aimed at helping Life Planners begin their careers with a solid foundation at AIA.
