**主要责任:**
- 为各部门和团队成员提供全面的行政支持。
- 利用 Microsoft Office 套件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)创建和编辑文档、电子表格、演示文稿和电子邮件。
- 协助数据输入、记录保存和文档管理,以保持准确和最新的信息。
- 专业、及时地回复电子邮件、电话和询问。
- 维护办公用品库存并根据需要下订单。
- 执行基本的簿记任务,包括记录费用和发票。
- 谨慎处理机密和敏感信息。

资格:
- 高中文凭或同等学历; 办公室管理方面的额外教育或认证是一个优势。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 应用程序(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)。
- 对会计原理有基本的了解; 了解 SQL 会计者优先。
- 强大的组织能力和多任务能力,非常注重细节。
- 出色的书面和口头沟通能力。
- 能够在团队中独立工作和协作。
- 解决问题的心态,积极主动地完成任务。
- 处理机密信息时具有高度的完整性和可靠性。
- 有行政或办公室经验者优先。

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and documentation management to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and invoices.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of SQL accounting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
- High level of integrity and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Previous administrative or office experience is advantageous.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
