Finance cum Admin Executive Job Descriptions: Accounts 1. Responsible for general accounting functions 2. Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets. 3. Prepare and submit monthly consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements. 4. Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, etc. 5. Plan, organize and administer accounting systems (including preparing payments, invoices, and billing) 6. Maintain daily bank reconciliation. 7. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing. 8. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries. 9. Maintain data entry and ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filling. 10. To identify, report and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. 11. Any other tasks as assigned by the Management. Human Resource 1. Responsible for services covering HR Operations 2. Assist in the employment, attrition, and appraisal process. 3. Organize, maintain, and update staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly updated and kept with the highest level of confidentiality. 4. Perform regular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leave records and benefit plans. 5. Prepare payroll computation such as salary (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS), overtime, allowance, and benefit plans. 6. Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies. 7. Monitoring and updating the Company’s Insurance for Additional/Deletion/Revised 8. Responsible for administrative duties 9. Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies. 10. Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
