- Work with Account Management team, consortium members, business partners, technology providers (in-house or outsource) and clients to ascertain project scope and resource requirements for contract implementation.
- Develop clear and coherent project delivery scope and implementation plans using industrial best practices or methodology.
- Define project schedules; prioritize work in order to meet often aggressive timescales and assign work to the appropriate resources; monitor and control work in progress for technical adequacy and provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements.
- Establish metrics and monitor progress to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction and attainment of company commitments and objectives.
- Resolve project issues or conflicts and to manage all issues are properly addressed and resolved. Further escalate disagreements to higher management.
- Manage the local project support office to deliver administrative, documentation, logistic and training services to the clients.
- Manage a project knowledge base for all project implementations and disseminate relevant project information across all implementation teams.

**Work hours: Monday to Friday, normal working hours.**

**Work location: Bukit Jalil, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.**

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Communication Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- To have PMIM/PRINCE 2 or other project management certifications will be advantage
- **Experience**:Minimum 10 years in Information Technology/Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication, preferably international.
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory/managerial function.
- **Skill required**: Project Management
- Extensive knowledge and solid experience of project management in related industry
- Ability to drive projects under mínimal guidance. Capable to plan project tasks while major stakeholders may have different priorities
- Able to make sound and independent judgements against competing deadlines, ability to work under pressure.
- Travel (local/overseas) is required when necessary.
