IT Change/ Training Manager

**ob Descriptions**:
- Primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for IT project implementations.
- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change and identify key stakeholders.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
- Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
- Supporting development of communications relevant to IT initiatives.
- Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
- Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
- To engage stakeholders to better understand their issues and needs for operational improvement be it from system enhancements or corporate new initiatives.
- Manage the needs of stakeholders and the system integration delivery team to meet agreed scope and timelines.
**Job Requirements**:
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
- Change management certification or designation will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Change Management role supporting system and business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverables.
- Adequate knowledge of the organization business processes and IT operations and system implementation life cycle.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, conflict management, collaboration, organizational and critical thinking.
- Independent, self-motivated and well-organized; able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Good written skill to convey the right & accurate message across and produce the proper documentation.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with all level of hospital management & staff, IT team and vendors.
- Able to work with a wide group of stakeholders in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere with forward looking holistic approach.
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing IT project change.
