Property Management Area Manager

**Monitor and manage 5 to 7 sites in the Klang Valley**:
- Expectation is for half day per week to be spend at respective sites
- Keep track of site KPIs - collections, expenditure, maintenance work done, resident and tenant complaints, manage expectations of JMC/MC/owners, performance of building manager, renewal of licenses, insurance
- Attend monthly meetings which may be after office hours
- Take close interest in disputes involving developer, the tribunal or possible legal action
- Prepare for and administrate AGM and EGM
- Prioritize and focus on potential red flags before they escalate
**Skills**:

- Clear summarization of situations, requests and instructions to upper management and to site staff
Knowledge
- **Strata Management Act**:
- **Currently/Previously Experienced as a Building Manager**:
- Basic data entry and reporting for accounting software
- Filing of paperwork
- Basic knowledge of M&E equipment, wet works, building materials to evaluate and negotiate with suppliers
- Contact base of capable suppliers related to property management
IT Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel (tables and mail merge)
- Trello collaboration software
- Video conferencing with Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom and Whatsapp
- One Drive, Google Drive and Gmail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,600.00 per month
