About the Team
The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are currently looking for a TikTok Commerce Regional Content Analyst based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Close collaboration with Project Managers to provide cultural and linguistic insights, process streamline improvements, policy implementation/calibrations, and research and analysis to improve TikTok Shop's customer experiences;
- Manage communications between key stakeholders and cross-functional, usually acting as cultural/language experts who bridge communications between teams;
- Creation and localisation of guidelines and policies when required;
- Summarise and react to content ecosystem feedback from cross-functional teams and explore potential areas of improvement;
- Assist the optimization of eco-system and provide local insight to the systematic solution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above;
- Good understanding of English speaking countries culture, especially in relation to video content;
- Fluency in English is required as it is the working language; Fluency in Arabic is required to communicate with Arabic markets;
- Content Operation experience and collaboration experience on compliance projects with Legal, Public Relations, Government relations are preferred;
- Good sense of content and user empathy, ability to formalize the big picture of content quality based on quantitative and qualitative data;
- Good communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders are preferred;
- Prior project and policy management experience preferred;
- Data analytical skills a plus.
