Convention Catering and Services Executives

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate effectively on Breeze. Manage accounts, enter bookings, use reports, follow up on bookings and produce event orders. Handle reports and distribution of documents i.e. daily, weekly (10 days) and monthly.
- Maintain good working relationship with all departments and co-workers.
- Confirm and follow up on all conference details with Clients before passing on responsibilities to the operations.
- Ensure that terms stipulated in contracts are met to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize profits for rooms and food & beverage.
- Implement creative alternatives to generate new business i.e. telemarketing, target marketing, joint programs with Sales Department.
- Consult with Department Head on any challenges regarding the operation and react promptly to meet challenges.
- Participate in meetings as requested by business i.e. daily operations meetings, pre-convention meetings, weekly catering meetings, etc.
- Ensure that all function space is maintained in excellent condition.
- Produce reports as requested i.e. monthly lost business and productivity.
- Any other duties and responsibility as needed and when required.
- Handle accounts as directed by the Director, Conference Services & Catering by industries base.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma In Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and written in Bahasa and English
- Pleasant personality and presentable outlook
- Has experience in coordinating events or sales coordinator.
