**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work in various conditions to conduct inspections on properties to check for compliance including the internal and external defects.
- Responsible to create detailed reports about their inspection findings and present to the house owner.
- Assist clients and work closely with them throughout every step of the process, approaching inspection based on international standard and requirements.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.

**Requirement**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Fast-learner and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and able to explain findings to clients face to face.
- Thorough and meticulous and able to take into account every aspect of a property and seeking to identify all defects
- Create a comfortable experience for clients by developing rapport with them, addressing all of their inquiries and promptly troubleshooting issues.
