**Global L&D Operations Coordinator (IIH)**
**Job Purpose**
ICAS International Holdings is looking for a **Global L&D Operations Coordinator** to fulfil the L&D needs within the International Area.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **L&D Event Coordination: Resource Bookings**:_
- Responsible for securing appropriate and cost-effective resources for L&D Events within appropriate timelines
- Project managing the logistics component of L&D global roll out projects
- Clear and professional Correspondence with all stakeholders: clients, Global partner offices/resources/affiliates and L&D sales consultants / Account Management teams
- **L&D Administrative Support**:_
- Manning certain shifts of ICAS L&D’s central mailbox
- Administrative support to the Global L&D department
- **Data, Information & Financial Processing**:_
- Timeous and accurate capture of data onto ICAS Systems for tracking, booking, record keeping and financial processing
- Processing information and documents for reporting, billing and payment requirements
- **Systems**:_
- Administer client rights to ICAS Learning systems where appropriate
- Assist with basic support requests for clients on ICAS L&D systems
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- **Minimum level of experience and qualifications required**_ _(including any industry-specific_
- experience):_
- High school completion certificate / undergraduate degree
- 2-3 years in Administrative work / L&D event coordination
- **Minimum skillset required**:_
- Able to work independently and proactively, strong work ethic.
- Sound time management and demonstrated ability to work efficiently.
- Professionalism, maturity and excellent customer-facing manner.
- Strong communicator and confident presenter.
- Attentive to details, conscientious about accuracy & follow-through.
- Works towards deadlines and targets and holds others accountable to same.
- Confidence working with and learning new technology and systems.
- Ability to self-manage and work virtually.
- Excellent team player who can work with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations and to drive to a decision.
- Proactive and results driven.
- **Other requirements**:_
- Location independent (international); no relocation package available.
- Own vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and ability to travel.
- Stable, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and reliable power back up.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
