1.Overall responsible for the day to day administrative works and related duties including processng PO, DO, Invoive, payment (TNB, water, indah water, internet) and etc.

2.Support for daily operation activities.

3.Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing systems effectively

4.To assist in ad-hoc issues / duties that assigned from time to time

5.Manage the documentation record and ensure proper filing and organization of important company records.

6.Support accounts-related tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

7.Follow up customers' payments and collections.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field..
- Possess good inter-personal skills with a pleasant, mature and outgoing personality.
- Proactive, good team player, positive attitude, hardworking and trustworthy.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office, SQL or Autocount Software
