**Title : IT Support**

Location : 1City Subang

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business :Established publishing & web agency provider

a) Server administrators install, configure, and maintain various types of hardware and software, which often involves creating user accounts, carrying out backup and recovery functions, and monitoring the performance of servers at all times.

b) Analyzing the new server product on the market and make necessary comparison between each product and keep management up-to-date.

c) Work with other staff members in the department to evaluate the technology needs, administer the network environment, set up workstations, improve the current working procedure help train staff on the use of new technologies.

d) Monitoring usage patterns in localization department and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the system efficiently and effectively.

e) Managing the deployment of new features or functionality from time to time to enhance the working procedure in the department.

f) Providing training to users on how to use Office 365 effectively.

g) Assign requested translation to all translators based on the request from the client.

h) Recruit, schedule and monitor translation projects (Use Computer aided tool) to prepare, run and check working file)"

i) Sourcing for suitable translators and other language professionals.

j) Ensure timely submission of the translation prepared by translator. Checking every aspect of translation and the quality of the delivery. (Including checking in term of consistencies of FTL and Glossaries use by translator).

k) Verify received translations are error-free using QA checker tools.

l) Preparing quotation requested by client.

m) To prepare and manage the client SAP billing (the fieldglass - the client invoicing portal) for early of the month and submit to finance department.

n) Updating translation word counts for admin to create invoice to client via SAP Business One.

o) Process invoice received from translator, updating into SAP Business One (Purchase requisition) and submit to Finance department for payment process.

p) Monitor and plan the project according to the Clients request.

q) Ensure rapid response to inquiries and requests and maintain communication and transparency among clients technical staff and translator.

Other ad hoc job as assigned from the management

Degree in IT or others relevant

Good in English and IT savvy person

Willing to learn

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
