Assistant Home Coordinator

Onboarding and interview of patients/caregivers, admission and discharge of patients
- Facilitate efficient day-to-day operations of the Homes i.e. hygiene, cleaning, upkeep, maintenance and repairs.
- To ensure safety measures are in place and complied with at all times
- Manage petty cash and procurement
- Manage duty roster and care for staff welfare.
- Good communication skills, to maintain good relationship with in-patients and their caregivers, staff at Pediatric and Adult wards in the govt. hospitals /other healthcare facilities, support groups, volunteers, donors and supporters.
- To assist the Home Coordinator in any other matters assigned from time to time when required.
**; Requirements**:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Management/Operations/Healthcare
- Min 1 Year(s) of working experience in similar healthcare set-up, healthcare institutions, non-profit organisations or social welfare homes will be an added advantage.
- MS Office knowledge is prerequisite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills: - Must be able to converse read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Added advantage if you are able to speak Mandarin/Tamil or other dialects/languages.
- Must be able to work with children and adults (sick and the disabled).
- Must be able to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and public holidays only when required.
- Must have Class D driving license
- This is a full-time position. Competitive salary to commensurate with experience.
