a) Establish the end-to-end HSSE function covering safety, security, health and environment aspects of the company; b) Gatekeeper to all standard operating procedures and work instructions for various functions within the company; c) Conduct continuous improvement to HSSE and quality as means to drive customer satisfaction; d) Carry out programs and initiatives to promote safe working environment and healthy living amongst employees; e) Collaborate with other departments to monetize HSSE services; f) Competencies Required for the Position (Behavioral and Functional Competencies) g) Strong inter-personal skills and people management h) Able to write contracts and agreements in Bahasa Malaysia and English i) Able to establish procurements and contracts control with mínimal supervision j) Strong people management skills & Multi-tasking k) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint for presentation to Management, Board of Directors and external stakeholders (customers, contractors and vendors) l) Perform any other duties are required or assigned by superior from time to time.
