We are the leading E-commerce company specialise in Home & Livingware. As we are currently expanding, we are looking for enthusiastic creative individuals to join our team and grow together.

**Requirements**:

- Must posses or pursuing Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in E-commerce/PR/MassComm/Design/ Marketing/Business/content creation or any related fields
- At least 1 year related working experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Facebook, IG
- Malaysian citizens ONLY
- Required language(s): English, Malay
- Good in English & Malay
- Computer Literate : Must have experience with Seller Center for Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok & Facebook / IG
- Required skill(s): Product Photo & Video editings with Canva/ Photoshop/ Capcut/ Phone apps/ Pc apps (Basic to intermediate), Product listings, Basic Copywriting, Basic E-commerce knowledge
- Applicants must be willing to work in our Emporis Kota Damansara Office
- You must be Willing to learn, Independent and efficient.

Responsibility
- Responsible to monitor, optimise online stores and help achieve set sales targets
- Maintain an accurate product catalog (pricing, copy, imagery, etc.) on all Marketplaces and own website
- Handle product information updates (pictures, videos, pricing & details)
- Collaborate across marketing, design, and operations to set up new products & promotions online
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the online retail industry
- Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaigns (promo codes, gift with purchase, online brand day, etc.)
- Generate daily / weekly reports for management.
- Research on keywords & product information
- Find and liase with potential influencers & collabs
- Perform miscellaneous job-related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
