Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:
E-Commerce Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the online shopping experience.

Website Management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to implement new features and enhancements.

Product Management
- Manage the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Implement pricing and promotion strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Customer Experience
- Optimize the online customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to enhance user experience.
- Implement and improve customer service processes for online inquiries and issues.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to make improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into sales trends, customer behaviour, and website performance.
- Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies for growth.

Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance e-commerce capabilities.

Security and Compliance
- Ensure the security and compliance of the e-commerce platform, including payment processing and customer data protection.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Executive or similar role in set up / manage in-house e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Proficient in web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
