Develop and execute strategies to enhance our visibility, sales, and brand presence on Facebook e-store, Shopee, and Lazada, leveraging data analytics insights.
- Manage the end-to-end process of product listing, from creation to optimization, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing, while tracking performance metrics.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI on each platform.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making across e-commerce operations, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, promotions, and advertising campaigns on each e-commerce platform, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce analytics, exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance our capabilities and drive competitive advantage.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong experience in e-commerce, especially on Facebook e-store, Shopee, and Lazada, with a focus on data analytics.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and platform-specific analytics.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing techniques is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
