Position Summary The Operations Review Manager will be responsible for conducting operations review in various countries in the Group. Leading a team of guest auditors including Internal Audit Managers picked up from other countries, he will be required to complete the reviews and prepare final reports. He should have adequate experience in implementing a sustainable and comprehensive Internal control system in all areas of operations. The objective is to identify significant gaps within Internal Control & audit framework and propose recommendations for optimization. He is also expected to provide best practices in Internal Audit and evaluate existing audit practices for further improvement. Job involves extensive travelling up to 60% of his time. He will report to Director Operations Review. Operation Review Manager’s duties include: - Ensure that operation review resources are appropriate, adequate, and effectively deployed to achieve the plan approved by the Audit Committee. - Ensure the timely completion of Operations Review engagements. - Keep the management informed of emerging trends and successful practices in Internal Auditing. - Assist in the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activities reported in various countries. - Provide holistic opinion on the effectiveness and adequacy of risk management, control, and governance processes. - Maintaining current knowledge of international laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent changes. Minimum Qualification and Experience The post holder will be expected to have: - CA preferably with CIA qualification and minimum experience of 10-15 years in Internal auditing field from Big-4 consulting companies in age bracket of 35 to 40 years. - Exposure to working in ERP environment. - Effective written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work within a team with colleagues from a wide range of professional backgrounds and contribute to the development of team culture and the achievement of common objectives. - Ability to work without supervision, organize own workload and manage time effectively.
