**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly responsible individual with exceptional organization skills who can juggle between tasks and make sure they are done within a given time frame. Your primary focus will be on conducting research and analysis for the company, assisting the top management with ad hoc tasks, and maintaining the company’s operations by handling all administrative work.
You will ensure that the company has all the paperwork in place to run smoothly and continuously research to find the best SOP to tackle a project. (i.e: hiring strategy, marketing strategy, sales strategy, product development strategy, brand awareness strategy, and so on). You will be given the freedom to oversee the execution of these strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct research & analysis on various projects such as competitor analysis, market research, and other projects as and when required.
- Maintaining the company’s day-to-day operations such as liaising with government officials, immigration office, banks, tax agents, auditors, event organizers, award organizations, etc.
- Contribute to the testing sessions and provide valuable feedback to continuously improve our platform
- Continuously help the company improve our SOP by researching best practices and presenting them to the team.
- Formulation & execution of marketing strategies.
- Assist top management with ad hoc tasks.
**These skills are desired**:
- At least 2 years of experience in executive/admin-related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a critical skill.
- Ability to work autonomously when needed.
- Knowledge of the marketing tech industry
- Knowledge of business practices
- Highly organized and the ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent tasks
- Experience creating presentation decks, and spreadsheet analysis, using google docs.
- Experience in working with government officials, auditors, or tax agents is a plus.
